We provide complimentary FedEx 2 day shipping for orders over $500 within Canada and the United States. 

We offer $40 flat rate Fed Ex shipping for all orders under $500 to Canada and the United States.

For international deliveries outside of Canada and the United States, please input your shipping address to determine your shipping rate.

We provide complimentary FedEx 2 day shipping for orders over $500 excluding tax within Canada and the United States. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the item. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the estimated delivery date, which is determined by the shipping company once the package is dispatched. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Please be aware that shipping fees for the item will not be refunded.

A restocking fee will apply to returned items based on the following price range:

• $301 - $500 | $40.00
• $501 - $900 | $50.00  
• $901 - $1500 | $60.00

In certain situations, we may apply your restocking fee as a credit towards a future purchase. 

All returned items will undergo inspection to assess any signs of use or modifications. If the items show significant wear or alterations (such as resizing of rings), the buyer will not be eligible for a refund, and the item will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

Custom work, including resizing, is not subject to our return or exchange policies, as it is tailored for a specific individual and cannot be accepted under standard terms.

Please refrain from sending items back for return after the 10-day period. If you do, we will retain your package until you cover the return shipping costs: $50 for destinations within Canada and the US, and $80 for international shipments. Please contact us before initiating a return.

We offer repair services for jewelry that is broken or damaged. If you need soldering, resizing, engraving, diamond setting, or any other repair services following your purchase, please reach out to us. Our craftsmanship meets high industry standards and is offered at competitive prices. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our store.

We provide complimentary ring sizing (both up and down by two sizes or less) and bracelet resizing (down only). Please allow up to an additional five business days for the processing of sized items.

We offer professional cleaning and polishing services conducted in-house. For items bought from our store, cleaning is complimentary, while a fee of $10 applies to all other items. Our polishing service begins at $15 per item, irrespective of where it was purchased. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs to and from our store.

For a simple and effective way to clean jewelry at home: Place your jewelry in a bowl with a small amount of dish soap and add hot water (not boiling). Allow it to soak for 5 minutes. Use a clean toothbrush to gently scrub your jewelry, then rinse off any remaining soap with water.
